Hello and welcome to my site! My name is Julie and I am a body, mind and soul coach from London, Ontario. With over 5 years experience in the fitness industry, I have been helping my clients to achieve amazing results and reach their goals through my boot camps and one-on-one personal training. My goal is to motivate, inspire and empower you to realize your full potential!
After overcoming my own struggles through depression, anxiety, body image, addiction and my relationship with food, I realize that fitness is part of a much bigger picture. In my journey of recovery and personal growth, I have learned a great deal about gaining balance in all areas of life including physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. It is my mission to pass these tools along to my clients so that they can bust through blocks to create a life that they love!
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Life Coach Practitioner. My background includes training in the areas of nutrition, older adult fitness and pre and post-natal fitness. Whether you’re looking to make positive changes in your life, gain confidence, love yourself more, break through your fears and make your dreams a reality or you’re simply looking to improve your health and fitness level, I am here to coach you and guide you every step of the way on your journey to becoming the very best version of yourself!
